HEAT TRANSFER OIL

Heat transfer oil is formulated from exceptional inherent oxidation stability and resistance to thermal decomposition highly refined paraffinic base oils. They provide excellent resistance to thermal cracking and chemical oxidation; have a low odor level and no detrimental effect on selected seals.

Heat transfer oil has high specific heat and thermal conductivity at all temperatures and therefore will ensure rapid heating and flexibility in a system. This oil is recommended for use in closed (no air access) systems operating at bulk temperatures up t0 280 °C. The application limit of heat transfer oil depends first on circulating speed and second on temperature in closed circuit systems.
