Lithium Complex Grease (High Speed Bearings)

Lithium Complex Grease is an advanced technology grease formulated with the most up to date additive system. It has a dropping point well above 500 degree F, is extremely stable under high or low temperature conditions. It is an excellent centralized lubricant system grease because of excellent shear stability and pumpability over a broad temperature range.

Lithium Grease

Is a lithium extreme pressure grease that exhibits a wide temperature range due to its complex soap thickener. Excellent thermal stability and anti-wear characteristics enables to provide superior performance in electric motors, pumps and other grease applications which do not require a grease with solid lubricants.

Aluminum Complex Grease

It is used in variety of grease lubricated mining applications. Aluminium Complex Grease exhibits excellent water resistance, wide operating range, extreme pressure and anti-wear characteristics.

Bentonite Based Grease

Is a highly based temperature grease recommended for the lubrication of bearings, bushings and slides which operate at intermittent temperatures of up to 500 degree F. Bentone grease is ideal kiln car bearings, oven conveyors, furnace fan bearings, paper mill dryers, corrugators, trunnion bearings, soot blowers, furnace probes and other severe applications. Bentone’s is nonmelting base ensures that it remains in service when other greases would melt and / or run out.

Mill Grease

Is engineered for the extreme conditions associated with steel mill and metal processing operations. This versatile lubricant resists the heat, heavy loads, high speeds and high pressure water spray commonly found in mills. The high viscosity base oil, combined with a fortified extreme pressure package, assures protection against welding and scoring under heavy loads.
Exhibits excellent mechanical stability and retains its original consistency, even when worked for extended periods of time under varying loads and speeds. This allows repeated heating and cooling of the grease without noticeable change in consistency. Is designed to be applied easily through automatic lubrication systems.

Wire Rope Lubricant

This lubricant is made from high quality paraffinic base stocks and can be used to lubricate all types of wire rope as well as chains, leaf springs and other applications where a penetrating oil is needed. It may also be applied manually or by an automatic lubricating system. Its is easily pumpable at temperatures down to –25 degree F. Its non-drying film remains flexible in the most extreme weather conditions which eliminates flaking and peeling.

Open Chain Lubricant

Heet Open Chain Lubricant is specifically formulated to meet the exacting lubrication requirements of chain drives. Its penetrating action draws the lubricant to the pins and bushings of a chain where lubrication is most needed. It quickly displaces moisture and contaminants, while preventing rust and corrosion. It is ideal for chain drives of all sizes. It is packaged in a variety of containers including convenient non-aerosol spray to suit any application. May be sprayed or dipped onto chains.

Open Gear Lubricant

Heet presents the latest scientific breakthrough from Heet’s Lubricants-Biolaminant Technology. This feature provides durable lubricant protection and all season pumpability without the use of solvents. It is a true multi-service lubricant which meets the EPA Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP). It also contains graphite and MoS2.
It can be used to lubricate all kinds of open gears, including grinding mills, kilns, racks, pinions, etc. It is suitable for many heavily loaded bushings and bearings operating at or below 150,000 PN. Additionally, it can be utilized in some enclosed gear cases, which are not filtered or circulated.

Hydraulic Oil All ISO Grades

Anti-wear fluids are designed for use in both high and low pressure industrial and mobile hydraulic systems. This fluid has proven field performance and is available in a wide viscosity range for most all hydraulic applications.
This product contains only the highest quality paraffinic base stocks as well as anti-wear, rust, oxidation, and foam inhibitors.

Anti-Seize Compound

Anti-Seize Compound is a metallic silver high temperature grease made from a high VI olefinic copolymer and a finely divided thickener. Anti-Seize is homogenized with additive fortifiers, molybdenum disulfide (in sub-micron particle size), graphite and
aluminium.
